Assess needs of women and girls in the community by participating in safety assessments and community mapping exercises and support outreach activities
Lead and facilitate regular emotional support group sessions, including for women and girls at high risk of GBV, and sensitization sessions for caregivers
Manage and oversee delivery of all other psychosocial support activities, including skills-building and recreational activities, ensuring psychosocial outcomes are prioritized
Organize and supervise activities in Child Friendly Spaces (static and mobile)/Women Safe Spaces including GBV prevention activities and vocational training in collaboration with Protection Specialist
Support the identification of Child Protection cases to be addressed and participate in regular case management meetings and conferences (if needed) to ensure quality of service provision, together with Case Manager
Organize daily and weekly activities, compile follow up form and reports and ensure bureaucratic work.
In charge of data collection at field level, under supervision of Protection officer
Establish a good collaboration on field with other actors involved in humanitarian assistance
Support Life Skills activities with facilitation
Perform any other relevant duties as required
