Administration Officer

Working as part of the operations team, the Administration Officer (AO) is responsible for administrative coverage of CRS Lebanon Program, including outreach countries. The AO’s tasks include: logistics, procurement, petty cash, inventory, management of relevant contracts, etc. In carrying out his/her duties, the AO will ensure full compliance with CRS policies and donors’ rules and regulations.  Competencies: CRS employees (1) serve with integrity; (2) model stewardship; (3) develop constructive relationships; (4) promote learning.  Specific requirements:  Lebanese citizenship; University degree;  Excellent Arabic and English, including writing (French is a plus);  Minimum 3 years of past experience in the NGO field.  Shortlisted candidates are expected to undergo: (1) a written test on November 18, 2016; (2) if successful, an interview on November 30, 2016.
