Non Financial Services Manager

Identify Non Financial Services needs of the micro entrepreneurs Design/develop training and development programs based on the organization’s and project’s needs; Manage local, national and international Non Financial Services partnerships Explore new fundraising opportunities or partnerships Monitor and review the projects progress to ensure meeting the outputs, outcomes of the organizations, donors and beneficiaries expectations. Manage the team on the job and remotely to achieve the objectives (full timer and freelance trainers) Monitor the costs of the programs, ensure implementation within budgets and report accordingly Participate in the business plan and strategic meetings related to the institution. Design the department annual action plan and annual budget Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills; Ability to work in fast-paced environment, ability to multi-task and show flexibility.
