GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, monitor and report the implementation of the Water and Sanitation activities, monitor the Water quality and follow tup with the suppliers and beneficiaries. SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND TASKS Objective 1 : Plan, Monitor and Report on the water supply and sanitation activities implemented by ACF; Plan adequately, jointly with the HoP or Field Supervisor, the provision of Water and Sanitation services in the Informal Settlements and Collective shelters; Monitor the water-trucking and dislodging delivery (volume, quantity and system of delivering), working closely with local partners, suppliers and project beneficiaries; Monitor the water quality and chlorination (chemical and bacteriological) at different water points (water tanks, wells, city system, household, etc); Informing and documenting the anomalies and the repairs carried out in the water systems, and the material necessary for the programme’s activities; Consolidate and Report to the Head of Project the quantities of services provided, the water analysis reports and other outstanding issues of importance. Objective 2 : Others Respect of ACF Charter and internal rule Be committed to participate to any other work in order to achieved the project goal. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, CAPABILITIES Technical training in implementation of basic water networks, sanitation and water quality; Experience in community mobilization and participation; Experience in a similar position; Excellent Arabic; English desirable Knowledge of monitoring and reporting systems.
