Reporting Officer

Duties and Responsibilities Perform regular visits to supported stations  Coordinate with heads of districts, heads of stations and field personnel Ensure abidance of field personnel to project support terms of reference and conditions as well as LRC regulations, policies and procedures Support Equipment manager with all distribution activities  Issue weekly operational reports Issue monthly narrative and financial reports in coordination with the department Administrator Assist department administrator with reporting related to operational support    Competencies & Skills Deciding and initiating action Working with people Adhering to principle and values Relating and networking Persuading and influencing Formulating strategies and concepts Planning and organizing Coping with pressure and setbacks.   Education and experience: Relevant university degree Previous experience in reporting LRC EMS experience of at least two years preferred   Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Good command of written and spoken English Deadline oriented and attentive to detail Ability to commute daily to EMS HQ Ability to commute to all EMS stations in Lebanon Ability to adapt to extended working hours when necessary (evenings and weekends)
