Urgent: Finance Manager

Main Tasks Result 1 –Responsible for the financial administration Activities: Handles requests for money and receipts by partner organisations; Issues checks and reconciling expenses for staff members; Maintains books, invoices, expenses, income, funds for the projects in three different bookkeeping systems (HQ, different institutional funds and local registered NGO); Calculates and administers taxes; Issues payment checks for monthly salaries; Writes and maintains financial policies.   Result 2 – Budgeting and reporting Activities: Maintains the annual budget of the field office; Prepares project budgets in cooperation with the Project managers; Prepares monthly financial statements of project expenditures and forecasts for the donor and the field office; Prepares annual financial reports for the field office as well as the projects.     Result 3 –Monitoring and auditing the Partners’ project accounts Activities: Monitors PO financial sheets and reconciles with the project budget, billing and receipts; Executes regular audits on PO’s project spending; Checks projects under-spending or overspending and reports it to the project managers; Result 4 – Work together with other staff members Activities: Assists the Country Director with Implementing HR policies within the Field Office including the preparation and follow up  of appraisal and assessment interviews Oversees the administrative side of stock keeping and procurement
