Recruitment Officer - Internship

Tasks and Responsibilites: - Handle the full recruitment cycle for volunteers and interns: Meet with HOD to assess their recruitment needs Prepare a list of seasonal/small jobs Communicate (email/phone) with candidates interested in joining arcenciel Match candidate profiles to departmental needs Prioritize hiring as per arcenciel’s culture and mission - Develop a pool of qualified candidates ready for any immediate need - Search for new sources for recruitment - Be in direct contact with universities and technical schools, recruitment agencies… - Handle LinkedIn - Source and screen aec careers online applications - Conduct prescreening interviews - Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters - Assist in the organization of internal events e.g. integration day and external events e.g. job fairs - Improve aec careers page - Perform other special projects as assigned by Head of Department - Assist recruitment manager in all tasks   Skills: Respect deadlines Takes initiatives Excellent communication skills Well organized Excellent analytical skills   Computer Literacy: Good knowledge of Office
