Fundraising Officer

Resposabilities Collect and Maintain a database of international and local donors. Set and Develop a strong fundraising strategy for the organization. Continually seek new and appropriate donors and partnerships. Recruit sponsors, participants, or volunteers for fundraising events. Build and maintain profitable, long term fundraising relationships with current donors and respond to their requests regularly and keep updating them about the work of the organization. Ensure reporting to funders is accurate, transparent and timely. Organize or provide assistance in organizing fundraising events for the organization. Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Business studies, Management, Marketing, or Public relations. Sales and negotiation abilities. Excellent Communication skills. Excellent computer skills. Team working spirit. Work under pressure and respect deadlines.
