Night Shift Supervisor In A Drug Addiction Rehabilitation Center In Jbeil Region

Reporting to: Rehab program (center) coordinator Liaising with: Rehab program (center) staff (administrative assistant, educators, moderators)   Job definition The night shift supervisor coaches recovering residents in the rehabilitation center at evening and at night. (shift period: 18:00 till 8:00 next day)   Basic Functions 1- He supervises the residents in performing their duties according to center’s rules and schedules. He points out their needs, transfers them and applies necessary measures. 2- He assumes some administrative responsibilities (recording, reporting, facility supervision and coaching) as being the link between residents and center’s administration. 3-He ensures the appropriate communications between center and outside sources during his shift hours.   Job Requirements Age                 : minimum 27 Gender           : Male   Education: Secondary School level Skills:  Languages: Fluent in Arabic Computer: Competent in Word, Excel.   Experience:  Three years experience in jobs related to team/task supervision in business or industry settings, security, maintenance works,  substance abuse rehabilitation, social work or service, disability or mental health counseling, health care, education or administration,.   Personal attributes Committed Christian Excellent communication skills, team worker, creative, multi-task oriented Honest, transparent, patient and humble Strong sense of responsibility, handling emergency situations and adapting to changes   Job status: part time, covering 3-4 nights per week
