Financial Management Consultant - 3 Days

Areas of Responsibility: Financial Consultant The main task to be completed by the consultant shall be: -          Review of all existing financial policies -          Examination and assessment of all policies in light of the activities of the organisation -          Proposing additional policies/procedures to be adopted -          Ensuring the set-up of a comprehensive financial system including: Accounting policy Budgeting guidelines Financial control & reporting guidelines Budgeting policy & procedures including budgeting projection Spending plan/policy Financial control Resource base External financial review Location: Akkar   Deliverables The consultant shall be responsible for the following deliverables. Report including assessment of the current financial management system and recommendations Preparation of needed documentation and procedures to be adopted Training of the team on the above mentioned rules
