Data Analysis Consultant

Responsibilities: Under the direction of the M&E Manager, the Data Analysis Consultant will: Merge and combine data from Excel, Access, and Ona by beneficiary unique ID and survey date; Clean the data; Run basis analysis using the analysis plans provided by the M&E Manager. Deliverables: The Data Analysis Consultant will deliver cleaned datasets in excel format. STATA do files will be submitted showing steps taken to merge and clean the data. The basis analysis of graphs and tables will be submitted in Excel format. Timing of Tasks: March 13th: The consultant will review the data with the M&E Manager at IRC’s office in Beirut. March 27th: Progress update with M&E Manager April 3th: the consultant will submit the do files, cleaned data and analysis to the M&E manager. Work Environment: The consultant will meet with the current M&E Manager at the IRC office in Beirut to discuss the merger and review the analysis. The consultant may also meet with the Database Consultant to review the export of data from Access as needed. The Data Analysis Consultant will be expected to present and review the progress of the data and analysis with the M&E Manager and Coordinator at the IRC Beirut office the week of March 23rd and the final data and analysis the week of March 30th. The merging, cleaning, and analysis of data may be done remotely, provided the consultant is able to complete it by April 3rd.
