Quality Control Field Officer

As part of the Protection Department, participates to the delegation objectives and strategies on all aspects of the different files related to Missing persons as a consequence of the different conflicts which took place in Lebanon since 1975. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION Minimum required knowledge & experience: •           University degree or professional diploma •           3 - 5 years w ork experience in a similar field •           Very good knowledge of written and spoken Arabic/English •           Very good computer skills •           Good analytical skills             Standard function description: •           Contributes to the implementation and running of the ADD program •           Responsible for the quality control of the Anti-Disappearance Data Collection •           Contributes to written reporting Quality control of Anti-Disappearance Data Collection and all annexed documents Under the supervision of the Senior Quality Control Officer: Reviews the questionnaires done by the FOs, on a weekly basis Ensures/monitors the quality control process of the filled questionnaires Tracks the documentation of each case (i.e.: Note to the file, addendum, excel sheets for the compilation of the consolidated list of Missing, etc.) Cooperates with the Data Base Operators to ensure that the best standards are respected by the FO for filling the questionnaire Ensures proper filing of the physical files and reports pending files Highlights and documents the repetitive mistakes occurring by type of mistake and by FO in an excel document /report Contributes to the reporting of the working progress of each FO to ADD program managers on monthly basis Ensures the proper and regular reporting/ briefing on the ADD / reports sections where difficulties are observed Contributes to the evaluation of the difficulties of FO and sections where additional training is required Coordinates with the ADD program managers all data management issues related to the ADDQ; i.e. filing system and archiving
