Invitation To Bid: Training & Learning Consultant On Conflict Sensitivity Project With International Alert

International Alert is inviting bids from qualified training consultants to deliver trainings and produce lesson learnt reports on Alert’s project on Conflict Sensitive Aid. The Training & Learning Consultant should have proven expertise in the following fields in the context of Lebanon: conflict sensitivity, conflict mitigation, healthcare and emergency response. S/he would be available to design and deliver trainings and reflection sessions, provide strategic advice on extracting lessons learnt from capacity building efforts and lead on a case study on capacity building for conflict sensitivity in the context of the Syrian refugee crisis in Lebanon. Interested candidates are invited to send a letter describing the services with a detailed implementation schedule, an up-to-date CV and a budget including the total cost for the provision of the service. Alert’s project on conflict sensitive aid is part of the EU-funded project ‘Conflict Reduction through Improving Healthcare Services for the Vulnerable Population in Lebanon’, led by the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and implemented by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) in partnership with WHO, UNICEF, International Alert and International Relief and Development.
