Intern/volunteer As A Database Assistant

 Main Clients: - Fundraising Analyst - Head of FDC - All FDC team colleagues   Key performance areas and main responsibilities: - Enter basic data for all individuals and organizations: name, addresses, gender, legal status, demographics, relationship links…. - Follow-up database’s information by entering returned mail address corrections or other such change of address notification and maintaining donor records with new gifts entry. - Assist in producing reports based on available inputs. - Maintain and produce mailing lists. - Maintain booking for all fundraising activities (drafts, ticket sales, greeting card sales…etc.). - Supports in any additional fund raising activities (events---) whenever needed.   Job Profile: Must criteria - Technical diploma with experience working in a business/fundraising office, or equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered. - Can identify with the vision, mission and values of SOS Children’s Villages. - In addition to Arabic, good command of English, written and spoken.   Competencies – knowledge, skills, abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office. - Database background. - Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and dependability. - Joy over working with numbers. - High level of typing accuracy and speed. - A good sense of initiative.
