RESPONSIBILITIES
The intern will work in cooperation with the Program and Partnerships Coordinator as well as the Projects Coordinator and will support the Program Unit in handling the following responsibilities:
1) Identifying, researching and evaluation potential donors (including following up on the calls for proposals);
2) Implementing rapid needs assessments (desk review and field researches);
3) Developing and/or Reviewing concept notes, proposals and other tools (problem trees, risk analysis, work plan, action plan, log frame, budget, etc.);
4) Archiving information related to fundraising;
5) Conducting monitoring field visits and writing field visits reports;
6) Participating to meetings with donors and partners and writing minutes;
7) Drafting narrative reports for donors;
8) Drafting communication documents (reports, brochures, etc.);
9) Developping evaluation tools (questionnaires, focus groups, etc.) ;
10) Performing other tasks as may be assigned.
SKILLS
1) Prior experience with NGOs preferably in relation with project management ;
2) Excellent written communication skills in english and french ;
3) Able to work under pressure;
4) Knowledge of the Lebanese context;
5) Team work;
6) Pack office (including Excel) ;
7) Arabic (Asset)
