1- Project Summary: 2015 marks World Vision Lebanon’s 40th anniversary. To celebrate the occasion, World Vision Lebanon’s communications team is planning for a special year of renovation and celebration. Two main 40th anniversary celebrations are set to take place towards Spring/Summer 2015. On one hand, there will be a staff celebration in May including icebreakers and fun games revolving around number 40 (a 40-question World-Vision themed quiz, a special activity for 40-year-old staff…) and where a staff-wishes video will be displayed. On the other hand, an outdoor partners’ celebration is set to take place towards July/August including a video highlighting World Vision Lebanon’s achievements. Other types of videos i.e. animation and testimonies will play in both celebrations. Venues and programs are to be discussed. World Vision brings long term, experience and a wide network in the humanitarian work in Lebanon. World Vision’s uniqueness is summarized through: 40 years of achievements in Lebanon Meaningful participation and partnership with the communities Mandate of working in both development and relief work (in parallel)   2- Target Group: Lebanese Public at large: Beneficiaries, Community partners, Donor Community and staff. 3- Specific objective of the service Hiring an advertising/media consultancy company that would work on the below deliverables: Review WV’s Annual Reports and other relevant literature in order to understand World Vision’s work within the Lebanese communities (see reference documents) Present a comprehensive, creative and inclusive work of design: Adding a “touch” to World Vision’s logo without compromising WV’ corporate identity Coming up with a clearly defined message to serve as a framework for the celebration. Producing a full range of designs incorporating the new “spirit/touch” from daily office supplies  like notebooks, email signatures…. to Folder, Banners, Posters, Social Media templates, etc… Produce an animated video tag of 10 seconds of the new enhanced logo. Producing one short animated informative video highlighting World Vision Lebanon’s journey – see reference documents – history of World Vision in Lebanon Suggest souvenir ideas for partners and donors Explore with WVL communications and Advocacy teams two major ideas: “When I’m 40/When I was 40/Now I’m 40 campaign The Convention of Rights of the Children CRC is 40 years.
