Targeting Field Worker

Mandatory requirements Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and working knowledge of English. Education degree: Secondary diploma Work experience: Experience in NGOs/ On-site training in social or monitoring work Knowledge & skills: Very Good Communication skills. Good analytical and writing skills / Very good team spirit/ Demonstrate willingness to improve own knowledge and skills by participating actively in any training sessions and capacity building activities Computer skills: Correct knowledge of the MS office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook) Driving License: Ideally, to be a driving license holder and willing to drive to remote areas on a daily basis.   Assets Interest: Strong motivation to help people in need; Understanding of the political situation in the area. Willing to travel across all districts in Mount Lebanon.   Transversal skills: Well organized and attention to details Conflict resolution and diplomacy experience Ability to analyse and suggest improvement Autonomy, neutrality, hard worker Able to manage stress and pressure Ability to work within a team.
