Feedback And Complaints Officer

Answer/Listen, process and respond to complaints and guide beneficiaries that seek help through WV hotlines and other CRMs.   Recorded and responded to complaints Follow up on internal complaints and feedback referrals with appropriate offices and sectors and respond to raised pending issues referral system formalized and followed Attend sector and other NGOs meeting / training and jointly develop activity plans and take an updating notes about changes.   share feedback with sectors. Enter all complaints and feedback in the database and keep up to date records to generate reports anytime.   Existence of a functional central feedback system at area level Ensure a proper filling system for all the complaints and feedback taking through the helplines with filling codes and types.   Well maintained filling system with proper tags & codes Collect the complaints and make a daily data entry for all the data collected through the helplines or office visits.  Record the complaints and report it to the HA&O team leader.   All of the data well maintain and report back to Monitoring and accountability officer and project Manager. Support beneficiaries through information sharing  relating to services provided by World Vision and partner organizations, upon request and refer beneficiaries per subject needs     Through hotlines or other appropriate channels Share complaints and feedback -received through helpline-  trends analysis quarterly and monthly reports with HA&O team leader and coordinator.   Generate reports from the database
