Secretary

GVC is recruiting an office secretary to support administrative tasks at office in Beirut, under the supervision of GVC Country Representative and in coordination with GVC staff located in other areas of Lebanon. Duties and responsibilities - Office management: correspondence and documents filing, stationery purchasing, utilities payments, equipment maintenance, etc. - Spoken and written translation from Arabic into English and viceversa - Management and follow up of files at Lebanese Authorities for general bureaucratic procedures at national level - Assistance to Country Representative and other staff in implementation, coordination and management of projects' activities - Daily accountancy and petty cash management - Any other task or duty assigned by Country Representative   Qualifications and skills - Bachelor degree in administration or other related field - Excellent knowledge of both Arabic and English (spoken and written) - Driving license B - High level of computer literacy - At least 1 year experience in a similar post - Efficiency, flexibility, ability in working in team   Advantages   - Knowledge of Italian language - Previous experience in working with INOGs   Conditions   We offer a part time position, morning working time  9 to 14, Monday to Friday. Three months initial contract, renewable. Salary according to internal GVC scale, health insurance.
