Hr Associate

HR resource responsible for all HR activities including: Handle compensation, termination and benefits, manage and coordinate staff and consultants recruitment activities, develop and conduct training programs and handle employee concerns. Update the applicant tracking system to record steps in process, including updating applicant status, interview dates, etc. Handle all outsourced functions (audit, translation, legal, and finance for the short-term until all resources are in place). Provide input to finance on payment details including payroll advice. Manage the foundation performance appraisal system/process. Writing monthly/Quarterly progress reports
