Health Information System (His) Officer - Moph/esumoh

MTerms of Reference Responsibilities: Follow up with the implementation of epidemiological surveillance applications at central and peripheral level Ensure needed follow up and maintenance of servers and virtual private network Integrate mapping and GIS functionalities in epidemiological surveillance applications Train the end users at central and peripheral level Perform other duties as required. The officer must have 3+ years’ experience with:   Maintaining and managing Microsoft Windows server  (2008) Utilizing standard GIS software particularly ArcGIS, including building geodatabase and data processing.   Qualifications requirements: Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Microsoft certification is a plus. GIS certification is a plus. Skills/Qualifications: Analyzing Information, Problem Solving, Attention to Detail, Team work. - Experience                     : at least 3 years’ experience  - Competencies                : Excellent coordination and analytical skills. - Languages                     : Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic. - Holder of Lebanese nationality
