E-Learning Platform For Finance

Purpose of the Consultancy  The consultant should design and upload at least 5 courses in Arabic, covering the following topics: Financial Reporting to Diakonia 1 course Compliance with Diakonia Procurement Guidelines 2 courses Compliance with Diakonia project accounting 2 courses   Courses will be designed and structured to serve specific learning objectives that will be defined in collaboration with Diakonia based on the areas that need focus. Deliverables The Consultant is to be engaged for one month period from the date of signing this contract, likely to be in December 2014. Diakonia reserves the right to change the inception date of this assignment. Expected deliverables are as follows:   Detailed work plan; Detailed methodology   Final product in an open and accessible eLearning platform.   Qualification of the Consultant and Team Composition Diakonia is looking for a consultant and or a team  with: advanced and extensive experience in finance, with focus on finance literacy advanced and extensive experience e learning
