Most Significant Change - Msc Evaluation- Consultant

Purpose of the Consultancy To assess the performance of Diakonia Lebanon office programme during the last 3 years, in the context of a strategy that support and empower civil society by deciding, in a participatory way, through the most significant change realized by the projects implemented by Diakonia partner organizations. Deliverables The Consultant is to be engaged for one month period from the date of signing this contract, likely to be in December 2014. Diakonia reserves the right to change the inception date of this assignment. Expected deliverables are as follows:   Detailed work plan; Detailed methodology   A final MSC report in English that includes findings and  significant stories A PowerPoint presentation based on the final report.   Qualification of the Consultant and Team Composition Diakonia is looking for a consultant with: advanced and extensive experience in monitoring and evaluation in general and MSC technique in particular; experienced with results-based management orientation and practices   experienced with Lebanon CSOs; excellent analytical and writing skills; fluency in English and Arabic; strong experience and knowledge in human rights issues, the human rights based approach to programming, human rights based analysis;
