Survey Interviewer - South

Summary and Background: The survey interviewer is primarily responsible for conducting the interviews and collecting survey data as part of IMC’s effort to capture and monitor satisfaction levels among beneficiaries of its Primary Care Service. The incumbent has direct contact with interviewees and is accountable for the quality of data collected. Place in the Organization The incumbent of this post is responsible to the Area Managers in the specific area they are working in. The incumbent works closely with the Health Information Assistant to ensure all data are collected properly. Functions and responsibilities Pre-Survey Tasks: Attend Interviewer’s training workshop in its entirety Develop Interview schedule in close coordination with the Area Manager and research consultant Survey Tasks: Establish rapport with respondents and describe the survey Conduct interviews with respondents in a standardized way to ensure that information is recorded correctly Record responses as instructed Post-Survey Tasks: Review data obtained from interviews for completeness and accuracy Enter all data on the tools provided Send data by email to Health Information Assistant on a daily basis Maintain the security and confidentiality of all information
