About the job
Responsible for the day to day running of the center’s activities, and supervision of the center’s staff.
Duties
Conduct FGDs and fill out questionnaires with beneficiaries to assess POC’s needs and interests;
Develop, plan and organize courses and activities responding to the beneficiaries’ needs;
Supervise and monitor all the community center activities,
Attend the activities, trainings and courses to evaluate the performance of the trainers and the satisfaction of the beneficiaries;
Provide constant feedback to his/her supervisor on progress, lessons learnt, achievements, gaps, issues and problems;
Responsible of developing and filing all documents related to the center, partner and beneficiaries’ (ex: TOR, MOU, attendance sheets, minutes of meetings, evaluations, beneficiaries’ files, reports, pictures etc.);
Follow up on all payments and Ensure timely and supervise payments in his/her sector of responsibility;
Organize and ensure a timely, proper written weekly reporting and report daily if needed on problems faced;
About you
University degree; preferably related to social work
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
Experience in managing community centers and development projects or community mobilization
Experience in emergency work is a plus

An interesting job in one of the world’s best NGO. DRC will offer the successful applicant a contract until December 2014, renewable dependent on both funding and performance.Basic Salary: 1,180 USD.
