CONTEXT L'Institut Européen de Coopération et de Développement (IECD) is a French development organization operating in the field of international solidarity. It has been present in Lebanon since 1989. Today, IECD and its local partners implement several programme for professional integration support, access to education, support to small enterprises and health care projects.  MISSION beneficiaries Intervention, at a familial and social level. Mission 1: To analyse the needs of the families and coordinate with differents programs of other NGOS to fulfill these needs  to ensure a social follow up for the members of the family in needs  to Follow the absence of the children in class to follow up the schooling of the children, detect and propose solutions to risks of school giving up Coordinate interventions among families with the psychologist Mission 2 : To ensure the organisation of meetings and group sessions for parents according to the detected needs Mission 3 : Update the familial cases and follow ups and the data base update the database of the project and the system RAIS of UNHCR to present a trimestrial report to the education coordinator to participate to meetings organized by the education coordinator or the center coordinator in order to participate to decision making related to children and to give her/his opinion on the followed children
