Case Manager

The Case Manager (involved in Nutrition Sector) will: Ensure that the Case Management system is functional and has up dated SOP, referral pathway, information sharing protocol Update regularly the SOP, referral pathway, information sharing protocol with Health team Support the case worker in the family visits and assessments Strengthen the link among different sectors of the program (WASH, Education, Health, Protection) in order to ensure proper referral for cases in need Participate in the development of lesson learned and best practices In coordination with the M& Officer participate in the monitoring and evaluation of the program Work closely with the Psychologists, Speech Therapist and Ortophonists when needed Facilitate the weekly case conference meeting Attend CP or Health coordination meeting when required Liaise and collaborate with other CM actors Perform any other relevant duties as required     Preferred Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to social sciences, humanities, development studies with at least 2 year of experience Computer skills and report writing experience Good knowledge of school situation and learning problems of Syrians refugees children in the targeted villages Experience in working in NGO preferable Social work experience mandatory Management experience mandatory Ability to develop partnerships, network and attend coordination meeting Good knowledge of English and/or French language – spoken and written skills. Mother tongue Arabic speaker
