For more information on MSI, please visit our website at www.msiworldwide.com. Project Summary: The Lebanon Community Resilience Program (LCRP) is a project funded by USAID/OTI. The LCRP provides strategically targeted support to advance peace and stability in Lebanon.  **Please note: Only Lebanese citizens are eligible for this position.** Position Summary: The Communications and Reporting Specialist will be responsible for LCRP strategic communications and reporting requirements. S/he will oversee the collection, organization, analysis, and dissemination of program information in compliance with contractual requirements as well as ad hoc requests. The Communications and Reporting Specialist will also provide advice and inputs for strategic communication activities and lead the development of information products about program activities and impact. The position reports to the Chief of Party and is located in Beirut. Responsibilities: Develop regular and ad hoc reports and information updates about LCRP activities for various audiences, soliciting information from other program staff, partners, and the Activity Database. Identify, develop, and disseminate regular success stories covering activities throughout the country. Compile, analyze, and synthesize information for weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports. Provide strategic communications advice and support to program staff, partners and grantees as needed, including training, coaching, and reference tools. Assist with planning and organizing public events, including drafting talking points and briefers. Oversee the compilation and management of audiovisual and other materials (e.g., photos, videos, print materials) about LCRP activities for easy retrieval and usage in information products as needed. Oversee consistent implementation of branding and marking plans.  Contribute to monitoring and evaluation of LCRP activities by collecting data and information through regular field visits and interviews with grantees and beneficiaries. Work closely with the M&E Officer to assist with: development and updating of program indicators to measure progress towards program objectives; design and implementation of quantitative and qualitative methodologies for monitoring and impact measurement (e.g., questionnaires, survey polls, focus groups); and sharing lessons learned to inform programming. Manage the translation of documents and reports. Actively contribute to information-sharing within the LCRP team. Perform other tasks as requested by the Chief of Party or the Operations Manager. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. At least two years of experience in communications, reporting, or a related field.  Strong analytical and organizational skills.  Excellent writing skills in English.  Fluency in English and Arabic.  Ability to travel country-wide to activity locations.
