 We are looking for a highly qualified candidate to assist us on the cash for rent project. Who are we DRC has been operating in the Middle East and North Africa for over a decade, running a combination of livelihood, protection, advocacy and relief projects. DRC has six project offices throughout Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia/Libya, Turkey, and both a country and regional office in Jordan. DRC Lebanon has been assisting the Syrian displaced, fleeing Syria into northern Lebanon, since May 2011. This assistance has come through the provision of food and non-food items, various outreach activities (registration, follow-up and awareness sessions) rehabilitation of collective shelters and the implementation of quick impact projects. The Tripoli province office is based in Qualamoun. DRC is working alongside various partners including the UNHCR. Duties Periodically profile and assess new potential beneficiaries under the cash-for-rent project. Conduct home visits aiming at verifying the accuracy of collected information. Closely assist the officer in charge of CfR project in carrying out any activity related to the signing of the rental agreement. Support in fulfilling administrative tasks related to the monthly payment of the rents. Regularly monitor the beneficiaries of the CfR assistance and draft evaluation reports. Collect and report complaints related to CfR project. Ensure proper documentation of data collected (hard and soft copies). Fulfill any other duties requested and/or needed by the team coordinator. About you To be successful in this role you must have University degree, preferably related to social work (protection) and NGO experience, preferably in emergency work Ideally you will also have excellent interpersonal skills and Good communication and organizational skills We offer An interesting job in one of the best NGO’s in the world.
