1-Management of psychotropic medication: requests, consumption and donations for all IMC supported PHCCs:  Develop a system necessary for the monitoring of psychotropic medication that includes: Prepare purchase requests for medication in close coordination with the Field Manager ensuring quality and notional standards apply: generic medications, choice from the list of MoPH for psychotropic medications, expiration dates, proper storage, etc. Develop, manage and oversee the donation requests and consumption reports in coordination with MH area managers and logistics department. Preparation of GIOs for all clinics depending on needs, on monthly basis. Handling of a 1-month buffer stock to avoid shortages. Monitor all necessary paper work related to the purchase, delivery and consumption of psychotropic medications Conduct regular visits to the supported clinics and/or PHCs to ensure the deliveries of psychotropic medications donated by IMC are available, appropriately dispensed, properly managed and to do a physical inventory of medications. Provide training to pharmacy assistants and case managers in the supported clinics on issues related to storage of psychotropic medications, stock control, generating stock lists, and the proper handling of medicines. Follow-up on expired drugs and destroyed material, quantification and their subsequent destruction. Conduct regular visits to the warehouse to oversee the preparation and disbursement of medications according to requests submitted by the PHCs/ or clinics. Ensure proper conditions for storage of Psychotropic medications including hygiene and security procedures at PHC level, warehouse or office according to national regulations.   Discuss regularly issues related to medications with the respective area managers. 2-Reporting: Collect monthly reports from PHCs and IMC supported clinics. Compare monthly summaries with field visits reports and consumption reports. Prepare IMC monthly report for medication.
