Project Summary:
The Lebanon Community Resilience Program (LCRP) is a project funded by USAID/OTI. The LCRP provides strategically targeted support to advance peace and stability in Lebanon.

Position Summary:
Under supervision of the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer the Monitoring and Reporting Specialist will support programmatic and technical aspects of the LCRP Project by assisting with monitoring and evaluation approaches and tools and working closely with the LCRP Project team to implement these techniques. The position is based in Beirut.
Responsibilities:
Assist with implementation of initiatives to strengthen the LCRP Project’s technical approach to program design, monitoring and evaluation (including adoption of standardized indicators and benchmarks; performance M&E plans, activity and indicator tracking tools; and evaluation approaches).
Assist in identifying and refining impact indicators for individual LCRP activities, the LCRP program in relation to its overall goal and objectives, and specific project initiatives.
Assist with designing, testing, implementing and reviewing routine project monitoring and report forms and data flow mechanisms and oversee the management of data for regular reporting on program progress.
Assist in development and design of questionnaires, survey polls, focus groups and other quantitative and qualitative tools for monitoring and impact measurement purposes.
Assist with file management, photos, public events and write talking points and briefers.
Actively contribute to information sharing within the LCRP Project.
Perform other tasks as requested by the Chief of Party and the Operations Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of two years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation of development projects.
Experience with data input and program reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Ability to travel country-wide to project activity locations.
Proven ability to work effectively as a team member.
Fluency in English.
