Accounting/admin Assistant

Adyan Foundation is looking for a young dynamic Lebanese National, for the position of Accounting/Admin Assistant, whose tasks are:   Task 1: Under the supervision of Finance & HR Coordinator -           Prepare and record all types of financial accounting entries. -           Perform banks and suppliers’ reconciliations -           Document, file and archive accounting transactions -           Other related duties as required Task 2: Under the supervision of Office Manager -           Mailing/Business Communication -           Dealing with suppliers for printings, catering, ticketing…etc -           General administrative task and field availability for events management -           Other related duties as required              Knowledge required -           Academic degree in Accounting, -           Organizational + good communication skills -           Computers: office pack, accounting software -           Languages: English, Arabic and French is an asset.
