Accountability (key results that will be achieved) The Information and Communication Intern will be part of the team supporting the IT initiatives in the Office. The Intern will support internal development activities exploring cutting edge technology and will have the opportunity to provide technical support to various groups within the organization. The intern will assist the team on design and implementation of network solutions following IT standardsResponsibility: (process and functions undertaken to achieve results) Support IT project management efforts working with a IT team, through the use of project management tools, task assignment, team meetings, resource planning and task tracking; Support critical IT services; demonstrating a strong knowledge of routers, switches, Telephony, Firewalls, DNS, and Identity Management; Assist in all aspects of IT Infrastructures, including requirements gathering, design and implementation of new projects; Assist in supporting the end-users; Assist in working with internal users to resolve technical issues; Assist in testing new Application and Technologies; Other IT and Administrative tasks.
