Responsibilities and tasks:
Maintains and performs minor repairs to electricity (fuses, lamps, cables)
Maintains and performs minor repairs to water supply and sewage
Performs minor fixture / maintenance support to departments (hanging of boards / frames etc)
Assembles / dismantles various furniture upon requests
In charge of refilling & Dispatching all Water & gas bottles to offices and residences
Monitors water tank level in residences upon instructions
Offloading & Loading of Premises Material
Dispatching of Material upon instruction of supervisor
Support to Domestic Staff of all Residences for the heavy cleaning (moving of furniture for example)
Minimum required knowledge & experience:
Primary school level
2 - 3 years work experience in similar function
Basic knowledge of English
