Preschool Educator Kg3

The Tahaddi Education Center (TEC) provides educational opportunities for at-risk, out of school children in Beirut (behind the Sport City). We are currently looking for a full time Educator for KG3 level, English educated, with a BA in Early Education In addition to the KG class, the educator will also be involved in other activities such as tutoring children of the community. Tahaddi is a faith-based organization. The candidate must be in alignment with Tahaddi core values of: justice for all, professionalism, integrity and empowerment. He or She must be committed to serve deprived and poor children with compassion and respect. Full-time position: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm) Position Aim: Help and support unschooled and /or deprived children from the community to become a valuable part of society through holistic education initiatives.   Primary Responsibilities: Manage and educate groups of children aged 4 and 5, according to the TEC requirements, using exciting methods and instructional materials to meet children’s varying needs and interests. Plan, prepare, animate, lead and mediate in a creative way. Organize educational and social activities for children. Show self-motivation, enthusiasm and creativity. Work effectively with team members.
