    JOB TITLE Communication Expert LOCATION ANDE’s Head Office SHIFT Consultancy JOB  STATUS Contract RESPONSIBLE TOWARDS ANDE’s Senior Management   1. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   Develop a communication and visibility strategy for ANDE Market ANDE and its roles Market ANDE’s goals and promote ANDE’s messages Set an action plan that includes but not limited to: - Clear and defined objectives - Target groups - Appropriate communication messages and tools - Selection of appropriate activities - Time table and evaluation frame work of activities’ implementation Analyze needs, design effective and efficient communications solutions and advises on how communication can help meet objectives Work with other Communication staff (when necessary) to implement the strategic communication plan, in addition to advising on targeted communication strategy relative developments Establish strong relationships with communication stakeholders in Arab countries Conceptualize and develop high quality internal and external materials 2. REQUIREMENTS:   A. Academic & Technical: Degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations,  Marketing or related field At least 5 five years of strategic communication experience, including media relations, communication planning, internal and external communication implementation Advanced knowledge of communication tactics and practices and project management A proven track record of accomplishment and experience of working effectively at a senior level Strong networking with local and international media Good knowledge of languages (Arabic, English, and French is a plus) B. Personal Skills: Excellent writing and analytical skills A fair understanding of the Arab political context and electoral systems… A basic knowledge of the NGO sector in Arab countries Innovative approach to the development of communication tools
