School Manager

Role and Responsibilities  The Educational Director is responsible for the effective implementation of the school's curriculum and vision. The director will work to align teaching procedures and educational materials with these courses to meet educational goals. In addition, the educational director will oversee the development of best teaching practices by collaborating with teachers and third-parties.  The director will also select the scholastic materials (books, supplies, and educational tools) necessary to achieve existing educational goals. In addition, the School Director’s responsibility will include the following: Implementing educational programs to ensure student compliance with Lebanese educational curriculum  Equipping the school with the materials necessary to achieve educational goals  Maintaining health and safety practices and ensuring the compliance of staff with these procedures  Preparing and ensuring compliance with the curriculum chosen to suit the needs of refugee children  Supporting staff by providing them with training on matters relevant to the students (psychology, health) Manages 3rd party partnerships with regards to the execution of training or extra-curricular activities  Organizes and manages administrative and staff meetings Implementing educational programs and facilitating collaboration with 3rd parties for extra-curricular activities  Preparing financial reports and monthly progress reports Ensures the provision of school materials in collaboration and coordination with donors. Responsible for the hiring process of all those involved in the school Monitors the performance and attendance of teachers, and students Skills Required: •  Capacity to create reports and manage budgets •  Ability to develop and maintain Curriculum development • Capability to manage people • Effective Presentation and communication skills • Able to provide Leadership and conduct and organize necessary training sessions Qualifications: Advanced degree in Educational Management, or other closely related discipline. Superior computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English and Arabic 3-5 years of experience working in an educational setting , with preferred experience in a management
