Minimum required knowledge & experience:
2 - 3 years work experience in similar function
Good knowledge of spoken English
Good computer skills
Standard function description / Main Responsibilities :
Contributes to the implementation and monitoring of specific projects / programmes within the dept
Performs various office works such as typing, filing, distribution, photocopies, updates of lists
Assists colleagues in their daily tasks
Drafts standard correspondence
Receives the hospitals bills and enters the information in the system
Verifies the hospital bills of the hospitalized patients, in coordination with the Hospital Administrator based on specific criteria
Files patients' bills according to hospital binders
Follows payment procedures according to administration guidelines
Provides data analysis
Archives the patient’s files
