AccountabilityTo ensure file management and smooth internal file transfers in accordance with UNHCR policies and standards relating to confidentiality.Responsibility1. Assist with creating, organizing and maintaining physical files;2. Assist with archiving of files, including classification and appropriate storage;3.Ensure timely and efficient circulation of physical files and other correspondence between reception/registration unit and other functional units;4. Perform periodic inspections of files in order to ensure correct placement, legibility, and proper condition;5. Upon need, answer questions about records and files;7. Any other clerical or administrative duty as may be required.

ESSENTIAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Define the educational background, the relevant job experience and the language(s) that are essential to perform the work of the position.
 1 year of relevant professional experience
 Fluency in Arabic and good English language skills.
 Secondary Education. University Degree is a plus.
 Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel)
2.5 DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES. Describe any experience or knowledge that would be an asset, such as: UNHCR Learning Programmes, other training, additional languages, Field/HQs experience, etc.
