Shelter Project Officer

1) Identify most vulnerable families who are eligible to project selection criteria. 2) Monitor progress and quality of shelter construction activities at site level. 3) Inspect on daily basis construction activities at site to ensure adherence to agreed standards and processes. 4) Monitor the delivery, handling and utilization of materials at site. 5) Support IR to meet its minimum quality and accountability requirements in emergencies. 6) Provide technical input in the general supervision, progress of construction activities and control of material quality. 7) Ensure project documents are properly filed and kept secure. 8) Produce weekly/daily progress reports on the construction activities. 9) Facilitate communication flows between refugee leaders and IR staff as required. 10) Participate in distribution of nonfood items (NFIs) for Syrian refugees. 11) Conduct assessments in different parts of Lebanon ensuring data integrity and adherence to agreed methodology and formats. 12) Clean assessment data and participate in the analysis of information. 13) Contribute to the preparation of reports of assessments. 14) Making safety inspections of the site when work is underway and ensuring regulations relating to health safety and the environment.
