Administrator

The Administrator is responsible for managing the accountancy , Manage the base’s Cash and Bank books, advance cash and respective documents, manage administratively the base’s domestic human resources. Specific Duties and Responsibilities : Check the vouchers for advances made the day before and request missing invoices from advance requesters ; Check the information on the invoices and determine missing invoices ; Codify the invoices and enter them in the ledger and the accounting software ; File original invoices ; Check the consistency between computer and physical cash balances. Check compliance with purchasing procedures : Comply with purchasing procedures when remitting advances ; Inform the logistics department of purchasing procedures and of data required on the invoices Manage the accounting and administrative document sorting : Sort accounting documents ; Sort rental contracts (leases, vehicles, etc.). Carry out the monthly cash forecast and update the Budget Follow up: Collect financial information from project managers ;  Prepare the monthly cash forecast and send to the financial manager Update the budget follow up and send to the financial manager Follow up on the base’s human resources administratively : Update the database on staff ; Prepare employment contracts ; Monitor salary advances ; Keep a chart of end-of-contract dates for the base’s employees and transmit to the Administrator Sort all documents in the domestic employees’ individual files and check that all files are complete. Knowledge and Skills required: Bachelor Degree in business, Accountancy, Administration or any other related filed; At least 2 years experience in administration or Finance , preferably in an NGO Setting; Exceptional organizational and time management skills; Attention to detail, able to manage multiple activities;  Sense of confidentiality; Very good Communication and presentation skills Fluency in written and spoken Arabic and English Very Good Computer skills( word, Excel, Power Point, Access is a plus)
