Identification Workers For Cash Transfer Programmes

MISSION Goal / Purpose:   Under the supervision of the Cash Program Manager, the identification monitor is in charge of the identification and registration of vulnerable families amongst unregistered Syrian refugees.      Responsibilities: General responsibilities To identify and register vulnerable families amongst extremely vulnerable Syrian refugees.  To ensure that the identified beneficiaries receive adequate support, respecting confidentiality and the right of the beneficiary. Action-related Responsibilities Actively participate to all initial training. Work as mobile team to identify and conduct assessments and surveys in the field to identify vulnerable families. Report your activities to the management Represent SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL when necessary (during meetings, or in other SI programs) Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of your activities.   Task Description: Beneficiary Identification and Registration Inform the community about SOLIDARITES INTERNATIONAL’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program; Create a network of focal points at the level of the municipality in order to be informed about unregistered refugees. Conduct household surveys in order to identify and register project beneficiaries, both amongst existing refugees and newcomers Explain the purpose of the project to each beneficiary family   Distribution Identify needs and deliver appropriate assistance. Under the Program Manager responsibility, implement the distribution system. Respect the distribution list. Participate to the preparation of the schedule of distribution and itineraries. Realize on sight or door-to-door distribution in the timeframe requested. Participate to organize safe and secure distribution. Ensure that the modus operandi is adequate, respectful to all beneficiaries.   Reporting of activities Elaborate daily report to share with the Cash Program Manager. Share information with the other programs team on a regular basis.   The above list is a non exhaustive one, nor limitative. You could be asked other responsibilities and tasks within the framework of your job on demand of the Cash Program Manager.   Qualifications and skills:     University degree is a plus.     Previous work experience     Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages, both oral and written     Previous experience in working with national/international NGOs is an asset Personal qualities:     Ability to work both independently and within a team     Excellent communications skills     Ability to work in different cultural environments   ORG CHART POSITION (reporting and functional relationships) Line manager: Cash Program Manager
