ROLE DIMENSION / DESCRIPTION I.     Lead heath strategy development and support in health projects planning II.    Provide Support and build the capacity of the health field staff[s1]  III.  Ensure quality implementation of health projects in all WVL programmes Facilitate and formulate the local health strategy within the framework of the country operational strategy Coordinate with MEER regional Health team to ensure strategic alignment Formulate guidelines, processes, measurements, and standards for the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of health projects in collaboration with the DME team. Strengthen the quality, partner ownership, and sustainability of health interventions in ADPs that lead to impact in coordination with operations staff, programme staff and DME   Assist the ADP staff and community partners in understanding and adapting health project models to local contexts in alignment with local health strategy Provide ongoing assistance and coaching to related health field staff in order to ensure timely and quality implementation of the health projects ’activities. Review and refine programme health designs including their budgets as well as project and programme health indicators and support baseline health measurements Identify the capacity needs in the areas of health programming and develop plans for building the capacity of the health projects field staff  and partners in collaboration with P&C department and Programme Managers Ensure experiences and lessons learned are shared among the team of health PCs and DFs Assist in the recruitment of heath project coordinators  at ADPs  in co-operation with ADP managers and P&C Manager     Manage the implementation of national health projects and manage multi ADP health projects Supervise Health senior project coordinators working on national health projects Oversee the implementation of other Health projects in WVL’s area of intervention through establishing appropriate monitoring system in close collaboration with WVL’s monitoring system Conduct periodic visits to ADPs and project sites in order to provide ongoing assistance in implementation Provide technical input and recommendations to procurement activities related to services or equipment that affect the quality of health programmes. Review, analyze, and provide feedback on the health component of ADP / projects reports (including assessment reports, PDDs, monitoring and management reports as well as evaluation reports) IV. Represent World Vision Lebanon in national Health networks and actively take part in the relevant advocacy task forces by collaborating with teams and working groups that develop guidelines, policies, and protocols for relevant health issues Strengthen and establish a strong network of national health partners and stakeholders Advocate with government and cluster meetings on Health issues and cooperate with relevant agencies to create projects for Health strengthening systems Develop National Level Learning Network within WV consisting of health related focal staff from different ADPs to share best practices, challenges, and engage in active learning Liaise and network with other WV entities within the partnership for sharing and dissemination of best practices, information access, and resource acquisition. Leverage strategic alliances and build meaningful relationships with national health partners (NGOs, CBOs, MoH, WHO, etc) for sharing experiences and resources and fostering partnership Ensure WVL’s Health projects/programs are highlighted in the media in coordination with the communications department   Initiate and implement creative and sustainable fundraising strategies to up scale health programming in WVL   identify and network with health donors  Collaborate with Operations staff, programme staff and DME team in resource acquisition efforts for health programming funding Support  technically in the health design of new grants , projects and plans
