M&e Officer - Emergency Response Team

Key Responsibilities and Tasks   Collection of documentation from staff inside Syria in the makeshift field hospital and mobile clinic such  as special service agreement, attendance sheets/pay slip , supplier invoices. Collection of documentation  regarding shipments of goods sent inside Syria to the medical points supported, including waybills and donation letters. Collection of documentation for reporting officer: statistics for beneficiary counting and other relevant documents. Collection of information  inside Syria regarding the mobile clinics and makeshift field hospitals on daily basis. Proactively gather information from sources which may be of use to ERT for informing decisions, including movement of population, medical needs and events/situation occurring in Syria and Lebanon on a daily basis. Gathering  information regarding the needs (medication, medical supplies and medical equipments / instruments) from the makeshift field hospitals and the mobile clinics from the medical units inside Syria in different areas.  Writing detailed information statements providing information for the emergency response team on weekly basis. Maintain a good relationship and liaison with Medical Relief For Syria monitoring staff in order to keep the activities of the mission running smoothly. Make regular field visits to assess the situation and keep the information flow running. Follow up on emergency medical trainings and its needs. Translate all training and information documents from Arabic to English for Emergency Medical Coordinator. Act as a translator Arabic to English when required. Any other duties as may be requested by the line manager
