General duties and responsibilities: -       Works directly with teenagers in the INTERSOS Youth Centers and Child friendly Spaces CFS carrying out soft skills training courses, specific recreational activities such as theatre, music, art, sport, language classes and awareness sessions activities with them, involving parents and community members when appropriate; -       Ensures that child protection principles are understood, enacted, maintained and enforced in the INTERSOS Centers; -       Is the visible link between INTERSOS and the communities; -       Informs Team Leader and Area Coordinator about any difficulty met in INTERSOS activities implementation; -       Acts in the best interests of the child.   Specific duties and responsibilities:   Youth Centers - Child Friendly Spaces: -       Assists, plans, organizes and participates in activities with the teenagers. -       Maintain the daily attendance register and monthly inventory sheet. -       Ensures teenagers under her/his responsibility are not exposed to any form of harm or stress during the activities. Follows security rules. In case of high and imminent danger, informs immediately the competent authorities or security representatives from the village. -       Plan and implement ad hoc awareness rising sessions which address their specific needs will be organized for teenage girls coupled with distribution of dignity kits. Awareness will also be raised among all teenagers on key GBV and Child Protection concerns such as: Child sexual abuse; Risk of exploitation and human trafficking; Child labor; Domestic violence; Traditional harmful practices (early and/or forced marriage); Peace education and social cohesion activities. -       Work with teenagers and for teenagers. During all the time with the teenagers: welcome them; listen them; play with them; guide them; work hard to make them feel comfortable and happy. -       Plan and manages activities that are: Various; Safe; adapted to the age and the gender of the teenagers; adapted to the physical and mental capacities of the teenagers; adapted to the needs of the teenagers; adapted to the number of teenagers attending the center. -       Facilitates and encourages the participation of all teenagers, notably the most vulnerable ones, ensuring proper attention is paid to their specific emotional and physical needs / difficulties. -       Be available for eventual training provided by INTERSOS or other organizations. -       Ensure that the provided centre material is accounted for and secured at the end of each day.   Case Management: -       Contribute to the identification of vulnerable cases and refer them to the psychologist. -       In case of being in charge for a case: family visit and be the link with the psychologist and other possible organizations involved on the case.   Administration: -       Provide proper porches request of peaty cash expenditure. -       Signs daily attendance sheets.   Reporting: -       Provide the follows reports: a) 1 weekly activities planning b) 1 weekly activities report c) 1 monthly inventory list for the material in the center d) 1 weekly UNICEF monitoring tool   Meeting: -       Be available for participates in meeting in the centre or in Tyre INTERSOS Office. -       Meets with other program staff as required.
