Finance Officer

World Learning and its local partner Knowledge Development Company (KDC) is seeking a Finance Officer for the Expand Your Horizons (EYH) program in a full-time position. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing all project-charged finances, financial reporting, accounting, and compliance (including field-based procurement and local accounting).  The Finance Officer will report to the EYH Project Director and KDC Financial Manager and will receive training from World Learning regarding USAID financial regulations. The Finance Officer will also establish systems in coordination with the World Learning Finance Officer that are in accordance with those regulations. The Finance Officer should have a minimum of three years experience managing financial accountying and systems for an organization and the ability to operate a computer, financial, and accounting systems.Past USAID finance-related experience or knowledge of USAID financial regulations are an advantage.
