Objective: Design and implement a Monitoring and Evaluation structure and tools for War Child-Lebanon projects on Education, Psychosocial support, Child Protection   Tasks Identifies M&E needs within Programs and Quality Department Reviews all available M&E tools within WCH-Lebanon and head office Develops unified M&E structure and tools in close collaboration with the Quality Department and Programs, in accordance with INEE, IASC and CPMS standards Contributes to the development of the head office PM&E handbook
