Implement and maintain policies, procedures and associated training plans for network resource Administration, appropriate use, and disaster recovery. Capacity build and help developing tools and strategies to log all needed information. Oversee installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Conduct research on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network procurement and development efforts. Consolidate, deploy and update all needed softwares on the level of regional offices and schools. Logging, diagnosis and resolution of 1st - 2nd line support issues through to completion and closure. Manage servers, and verify backup servers/systems. Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems. Manage all network equipment, including routers, switches, and hubs. Provide IT training to the regional office and school staff Provide first hand support, and troubleshooting to all office and school staff for IT matters Practice asset management, inventory and related Documentation and technical specifications information. Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Perform server and security audits. Monitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reports. Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. Develop, document, and train on hardware installation and troubleshooting procedures. When required, must provide needed tools for his daily working tasks (Transportation to schools, Screw Driver, USB Memory , external Hard Drive …)

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Working technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, including Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 2000/2003/2008/2012 Server, and Linux variants.
• Working technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and standards, including hardware RAID, Active Directory, TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge in Enterprise Antivirus.
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience.
• Able to install, support, and troubleshoot server and PC hardware components and peripherals. Working technical knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-v, Cisco.
• Able to install and support Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle database servers.
• Holds or is working towards Microsoft MCSE and CCNA certification.
• A+, Network+, Security+, Server+ or equivalent certifications will be considered as an asset
• Programing skills is a plus.
