Document Purpose
This document outlines the goals of the children awareness sessions, the responsibilities of World Vision (first party), and the responsibilities of potential contracted second parties. It also defines the process interested second parties must undergo in order to bid for contract fulfillment, as well as a timeframe for overall project success.
Project Description
The training about “facebook , twitter and other web ” aims to help children and youth in dealing with media and their effect on our life ; they are in need to use it in safety and effective ways.
Knowing the above will help the targeted people to create the life they desire and to access their inner resources needed to succeed.
Awareness sessions will be conducted in Central Bekaa ADP for youth in in: Ferzol, Ablah, Niha, Terbol, Anjar, Rayak and Kafarzabad.
Contractor (Second Party) Specifications
A qualified candidate for the second party contractor must:
Be organization/trainer able to work with the youth of our villages
Be experienced in working with youth about different steps of social media
Be sufficiently able to fulfill contract requirements within specified timeframe (includes adequate staffing)
Submit all specified bidding documents by April 2014
