Cash For Work Field Officer And Monitor

The cash for work  Field Officer  is responsible to implement, monitor cash for work activities and follow them up with the partners and beneficiaries. Specific Duties and Responsabilites :     Ensure implementation of the daily activities of the Cash for Work schemes to ensure it meetinthe timeline provided and as per objectives; Plan weekly and monthly activities; Manage the team in the Field Follow up the attenance Sheet for the Team Prepare  the work schedule  for the team  Supervise the team in the Field   Assist in the implementation of the plan of action, review achievements and constraints, and provide feedback accodingly; Manage and monitor the need for the project implementation; Coordinate activities with municipalities, partners and supervisor; Report the progress of the work to the supervisor; Report the use of materials and possible improvement. Data collection and data entry. Knowledge and Skills required: BA in Social Science or any disciplines related to the profile. Minimum one year of experience in a related fieldwork Experience with participatory fieldwork, methodologies, monitoring and reporting Very good Communication Skills Very good interpersonal skills Initiative, availability and learning skills Ability to work under pressure, independently and with limited supervision Very good computer skills (word, Excel,Access) Very good  in written and spoken English and Arabic is a must.
